Reviewed Chocolate Spiced Pork Chops
"OMG!! I was also skeptical of the coco, but let me just say it was out of this world. I used a little worsheshire on the meat and had 2 bone in chops about 1 1/2 - 2" thick, sprinkled 1/2 the spice rub and saved 1/2 for another time. Marinated for 4 hours, seared 3mins. each side in cast iron skillet and in the oven for about 8-10 mins. @ 350. Yo"

Reviewed Shrimp Scampi with Linguini
"Absolutley delish. I did not add Pasta water, Pasta still has enough starch to soak up sauce and thicken just a bit. Added dried basil, parsley, and lemon pepper along with fresh lemon. Also added some scallops because I had them. Dusted Shrimp and Scallops with Old Bay which added flavor. Loved it all, will make it again. Try it..."

Reviewed Zucchini Bread
"Ok, let's just say I love to cook and hate to bake, but I was given mounds of zucchini and did not know what I could do with it. WELL this was the ticket, I followed the directions and it took no time for 2 perfect loaves to be created!!
I did one with nuts and one with out-Both were moist and delicious!!! Thanks Miss Paula!!"
"O one thing I left out, for my 12 lb turkey I cooked it at 325 for 3 hours and it rested for about 2 hours PERFECT.
"I was absolutely amazed how wonderful this turkey turned out. I got rave reviews and I was so pleased with all the results. It is a process but well worth it for the results. I will be doing this from now on. I used a 12 lb turkey and one thing for the gravy, I did not add the apple cider, I did add the giblets and neck to the veggies under the turkey. She did it on the show, but I did not see it in the receipe. Perfect gravy, perfect turkey, perfect day.
