I'm a home chef, trained at several prominate culinary schools. I stick to basics. If I try anything that even looks different, my husband starts snarling and without tasting it, he runs from the kitchen....I pretty much need to tackle him and bribe him to taste it. Once that's done, he LOVES IT! Then brags to his friends.After 42 years of marriage, I've become an expert at at cooking great dishes, running, tackling and bribbing have become second nature! Now with 5 kids and 15 grandkids. It's been every bit worth it!
