Reviewed Dry Aged Prime Rib Roast
"This recipe was "Money" had 12 people over for Christmas Dinner and they all raved about the Prime Rib. Followed Guy's recipe, only aged for 6 days though. Cooked two 7 pound Roasts, followed temperature and time and meat came out perfect. Used spice rub and Au Jus and it was outstanding. Thanks Guy.

"Cooked exactly as Ina Did, Cast Iron, Salt Pepper crust, salt was over bearing, had to scrape it off the crust. Meat was tender, I used a sea salt from trader Joe's don't know if the salt she used was less salty but she said it was a sea salt.Would not use same salt and pepper recipre again but liked the cooking method.
