"this chili was very easy to make and tasted great--the best I've made in recent memory. The Chipotle chili and adobo sauce added a wonderful smokey flavor that really set it off. For me the spiciness was perfect--but then I'm a bit of a light weight when it comes to that. A bit more of the chili and adobo sauce may be desired by those who like it hot! I ran the veggies through my mini processor so the prep took no time at all. Try it you'll love it!
