Having been to Greece and had the original Greek Yogurt.... Buy (my favorite is Mountain High) Yogurt, strain it through a cheesecloth for at least 12 hours in the fridge. It will be just like the yogurt in Greece. Top with a drizzle of honey and some chopped nuts....almonds or walnuts. Just like I've had in Greece.""
