"Really, really delicious, and easy to make. The only thing I would suggest is to be sure to crisp up the skin on the wings, either by leaving them in a little longer or using a convection oven. Those that were crispier were much better than those with soft skin. Don't hesitate to make these. They're not fried so you can feel virtuous eating them!
