"Fast, good to get rid of tons of left over turkey. I have made vietnmese spring rolls, a tedious recipe. These were a snap. I use Menlo wrappers, not the pasta wrappers, from our local asian market. I liked them best when vegetables overpowered the turkey. So load up with vegies.
