"I used fresh mozzarella and parmesan from the Italian butcher in the neigborhood. Everyone loved it, even my 3 children! I used Giada's marinara recipe for the sauce.
I had most everything on hand, but didn't have the two fennel bulbs, so I just added an extra layer of eggplant. It was still delicious.""
