Never could get it to the "creamy" consistancy that the recipe promised. I added more beer (an extra 12 oz. of good quality light beer) but all it did was separate into thick cheese. I spent my time trying to get servings of it on our guests plates because it was just like the cheese when you pull a slice of pizza apart - couldn't break the link"
