"Watched Giada make this on her show last week. In preparation for a party for this upcoming weekend, I figured, I would "test" it...turned out perfectly. I had sent my husband for the avocados and he got ones that were not ripe enough and so I added a bit more olive oil to the hummus mixture...delicious! The pita chips...very tasty...will be makin"
