Very good fries, I sprinkled Kosher salt on the fries during the cooking process and think they helped infuse the flavor. Would make again, and the presentation was wonderful.

These burgers were so good and flavorful. I orginally thought the pineapple would be awful but it was delicious. I made mine with 1/2 pork and 1/2 ground turkey and still good. This was so delicious, easy to prepare, used brown rice instead of white rice and still had lots of flavor.Will add a can of diced tomatoes next time. Also if you cannot find fresh lump crabmeat, the canned "chicken of the sea" version worked well. Husband asked to add it to dinner rotation. This is a winner for kids and husband, will make again.
