Reviewed Potato-Leek Soup With Bacon
"Simply delicious! I took the advice of another reviewer and skipped the water and added more potatoes. It turned out GREAT!""
Reviewed Portuguese-Style Fish Stew
"I'm not a fan of fish soup but this turned out rather good. I added 2 tablespoons of fish sauce to the water for a punch of flavor. The tomatoes add so much to the fish! ""
Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup
"HOLY SUGAR-RUSH Batman!! I agree, cut the milk out of this recipe and maybe half the praline mixture. I made it in the morning to serve for dinner that night, it worked out well. ""
Reviewed Cold Sesame Noodles
"I doubled the sauce when I saw I had a pound of noodles cooking in the pot. It turned out beautifully! I substituted red chili sauce for red pepper flakes, none in the house, and still a wonderful meal for a hot southern california night. I will definitely make this again.""
Reviewed Triple Berry Pie with Granola Crunchy Crumb Topping
"This was easy to make and quite tasty. I adjusted the recipe due to diabetic restrictions and used artificial sweetener in the berry mixture. I did not scrimp on the topping by making a double batch and splitting the berry filling into two pie shells. Now, I am not a berry pie eater but this was quite good. I can only give it 4 stars because of my substitutions. Good job!"
