Reviewed Vegetarian "Southern-style" Collard Greens

This dish came out too spicy for me. Looking back, I guess it was the 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, which now that I think about it, seems like a lot for a vegetable dish. I also found myself adding salt at the table, but maybe that's because I used low sodium vegetable broth. With some modifications this would probably be fine though.""
