"Marie from NYC July 17th, regardless of your views about pot roast ingredients and how the meat is supposed to be cut and what ingredients a pot roast should have, this is not your typical pot roast, this is called "Pot Roast with elegance and class" and if Julia Child was alive today, her comment to everyone would be "Bon Appetit" and praising Melissa fir her amazing talent.

"I thought this was an outstanding meat dish. I couldn't find lardon so I had to improvise with bacon, didn't have prunes and used raisins and it still came out so delicious. All the flavors of the seasonings and liquids just came fabulously together. I would definetely make this to impress. I don't think there isn't any dish the Melissa hasn't impressed me with. Keep up the wonderful job, Melissa.
