All the pot roasts I have made in the past were tough. Like the show said, I didn't cook it long enough. My husband and I loved this recipe. The meat turned out so tender and moist. I did have to cook it longer than I thought, I had a little less than a 2lb roast and cooked it for 2 1/2 hours.""
