Great dry rub! Did not do the sauce and took another reviewers advice and added more rub towards the end of cooking (before I finished them on the grill). Fabulous!

Great soup. Made this many times before and freezes well. Used leftover chicken from bird roasted earlier. Used adtl chicken breast, leeks and carrots with store bought stock (to save time). Remember to strain and discard carrots and leeks (if you try fishing them out you will never get everything). Love this soup!

Fantastic! Made many times over. Don't be afraid of the mint, as this flavors in this dish pull together nicely. Moist, flavorful fish every time.

Best soup ever. I also cook the chicken in stock. For those that find this soup too thin perhaps added too much water trying to cover the chicken? Found that 2 quarts does not cover the chicken. Great flavor and freezes well."
