Reviewed Garam Masala-Chocolate Gingerbread
"The cookie was a snap to make (however, the recipe says to bake until the edges are golden- my cookies are coal black and golden doesn't show!) I haven't iced or glazed them yet; does the chocolate glaze set up, or remain soft and slick? I like the idea of the lime royal icing; I freeze my cookies, and royal icing freezes well. If the glaze doesn't set, it probably won't stack and freeze.
