"Make sure you use Pillsbury. I made the mistake once and used Betty Crocker cake mix and it didn't turn out nearly as amazing. It's a little messy with the powdered sugar but the cookies melt in your mouth. I've used vegetable oil instead of light olive oil and it turned out just as good. The cookies don't really change color while baking so keep a close eye while baking (the bottom edge will look golden when done), This recipe is so simple and so delicious.
