I am going to raise the rating on this drink because I love it! I used vanilla flavored coffee from Gavalia.
All the flavors blend together to form a nice after dinner coffee."

Reviewed Best Breakfast Potatoes Ever

These were so delicious! I halved the recipe and put it on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. I did have to cook the potatoes longer than the recipe called for; in fact, I left them in the oven at 450 while the biscuits were cooking.
Thanks Ree; you have the best recipes!"

Delicious! Great with a cinnamon raisin bagel if you want something sweet in the AM.
Will try the sweet potato idea; sounds good."

Reviewed Soba Noodle Salad

Apr 7, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made this last night for supper; and it was a hit! I love soba noodle salad with peanut dressing, but my husband cannot eat peanut butter. I was happy to see this recipe on TV yesterday, using almond butter instead. That way, we both could have something delicious!
Oh - I did add about a pound of shrimp to the recipe, and partially cooked...

Made this last night; and it was a hit! I used meat from a rotisere chicken; as we like dark as well as white meat. The pastry crust was so good. Ina's recipes are always excellent!
Just a side note - it was great to see her last week in Hartford, Ct. She is just as genuine in person as she is on TV."

This was delicious! I took the skin off the chicken, and baked it in the oven at 400."

How could you not love this? It was very chocolately, and not too sweet. I did not use the vanilla beans or cinnamon stick. Will definitely make again! Thanks Ina!"

I'm giving this a triple WOW! I made these Thanksgiving morning for breakfast, and they were tender and flaky. I made 1/2 a recipe, and had plenty for the next day's breakfast. I will be making these as gifts for the holidays. Thank you Ina for such wonderful recipes!"

I made this the other night, and WOW was it delicious! Made the recipe as is; I think the mustard lends a creaminess to the sauce.
Tastes just as great the next day. Thanks Giada!"

Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes and Peanut Butter Icing

Oct 22, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made these for a gathering, and they were delicious! Not dry at all, and the frosting was light and not too sweet. I used 1/2 light brown sugar and 1/2 dark brown sugar because I did not have enough of the light. I also used chunky peanut butter (Skippy) for the frosting instead of creamy. Ina's recipes never disappoint!"

Reviewed Cherry Almond Crisp

Apr 7, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I am making this tonight for company. I took a little taste beforehand, and boy, is this good! I used sliced almonds instead because I did not have any slivered ones. As one reader said, the almonds and extract make this! I'm glad to know that I can make this any time. Ree's recipes are right up there with Ina! ""

WOW! This was SO easy to make, and was quite the hit with company.
I made only 4 layers, and it was enough.I was lucky to find the cookies mentioned at a grocery store, although you can buy them on line. Make for a special occasion, as this is an expensive and not for the dieter dessert.
