This recipe comes out perfectly; espec. good for those who are scared of their ovens at 500 degs., the temp. often used for a short time for traditionally cooking tenderloin. The basil mayo is packed with flavor - the amount can be halved and is plenty - and the tenderloin's much better with it than without. Left"
