Reviewed Garlic Chicken with Israeli Couscous

I was able to cut out some time by preparing and marinading my chicken overnight. That worked well. This recipe takes a really long time to cook! At the end the recipe says to put it in the oven covered for 20 min and uncovered 10 - 15 minutes. I don't know if I just had gigantic pieces or what, but after 30 minutes mine were still bright pink ins"
