"Served this at a Bridal Luncheon and it was a huge hit! Gave out the recipe three times! I used 750 mL of S. Pellegrino and added a bit extra brandy, dissolved the sugar and added the cava right before the guests arrived. It was beautiful, sweet and oh so yummy! Will definitely serve again and again. ""
