I made them and though it is a lengthy process, it is worth the effort. I read the traditional way is with cabbage, but I did use spinach, just because I like it better. Since this was the first time I have had them, I have nothing to compare it too. I am glad I made them.

Reviewed Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi With Quick Tomato Sauce

I have never reviewed a recipe on line before, but this was so good I thought I would. I did cut the recipe in half. The tomato sauce was the best I have had, that includes in a restaurant. The pinch of red pepper flakes give it just the right a burst of flavor. The gnocchi were, quoting Anne, "light as a cloud." Thank you Anne for this wonderful"
