I have learned to love to cook. I live in the country & restruants & stores r far & few betweem. You learn to make due with what you have  & you need to make it fun!  I recently put together a cook book, Recipes to Di forIt's a collection of some tried & true favorites, some I created or remixed as the Neely's say, some that friends have given me & some from the food network stars.I have 5 cats, 2 Westie dogs, a husband & I love to entertain & cook for others.
