DELICIOUS flank steak!! Second time I made this it was PERFECT! I marinaded the steak in a zip-loc in the fridge for about 6 hours. (I think you could even go as little as 2 or 3 hours, but comparing 2nd time to 1st time, I don't think the 15 minutes as stated in the recipe is long enough.) We grilled it on high for 5 minutes each side, let it rest...
