Great recipe! I used a nearly 4 lb. boneless pork shoulder and cut into 3 large pieces and adjusted the ingredients for the portion. Everyone raved about it. I did finish it off in the pan as directed since we like our carnitas a little crispy. Will definitely make this again!"

The banana bread turned out wonderful - moist and delicious! I've tried many different recipes over the years and this one is my favorite! Even though the bread looks done at 1 hr, it does need the full 1 hr 15 mins to ensure the middle is cooked through. Thank you for another great recipe!"
