“I would make this again with some modifications:
-Less salt for sure!
-I used fresh gorgonzola chunks instead of parmesan and would do that again.
-You could add some bacon or crumbled sausage to add it to a brunch
-Be careful if you do this in 2 batches - if the pan is already hot you do not need as much...”
