"I just finished the mixing of all the ingredients, and I am finding it tooooo soft to roll into balls. I am going to add more bread crumbs for the second time to see if I can get them stiffer. I added in total about a cup and 1/2 to the mixture - and I was able to get them into balls and fry. Inside is very soft. I and going to bake them befor"
