The preserved lemons gave a bitterness to this dish.
If I make it again, I would'n use the preserved lemons.
Maybe I swap for lemon zest."

Reviewed Brownie Pudding

I'm not a dessert person, so I'm always looking for easy to make desserts.
This brownie was easy and choco-wonderful but too sweet.
I could'n appreciate the framboise either the vanilla bean in this pudding, so my notes for next time preparing it, are: less sugar and vanilla extract.

I'm glad I tried it for a brunch just with my husband, because we could'n eat it.
It was over powering, and the vegetables did not match with the bread and the custard.
It was like mixing two different things after being cooked."
