And yes, you do need to add a little more broth (I use vegetable) and usually a little more milk/cream so it's not so dry. I pair this with the 'Roasted Chestnut Sausage Dressing' so the meat eaters and vegetarians have options at Thanksgiving. Delicious!""

"I made this last year for Thanksgiving. I had a hard time finding the chestnuts, but alas, I found them at Trader Joes. I chopped all the veggies and chestnuts together in the processor and then sauteed. I then added this to the cooked sausage and bite-sized bread chunks.
