I followed this recipe very loosely. I cooked a swordfish steak wrapped in prosciutto then placed it on top of an arugula/spinach salad with the oranges, raisins, and was delicious and easy! One slice of prosciutto is plenty for a steak...I used two and it was a little too much.""
