"This is our favorite cookies and we make it all the time! I haven't met anyone who doesn't like this cookies! Oh so moist and fluffy. I put a little more pumpkin than what recipe calls for and take it easy on sugar as well. It taste even better a couple of days after in the zip lock bag! I am not a baker...but this is easy enough!
