"If anyone who reads this is familiar with the recipe (first one that came up with the site search engine), I have a question regarding the pie crust(s):
The recipe calls for TWO pie crusts for ONE 2 qt. casserole. If crusts are store-bought, are you supposed to roll them out together to form ONE crust?

“Not even CLOSE! Followed recipe to a "T". Made sure the potatoes were uniform in size, "simmer" was consistent. Timing and "fork tender" definitions applied. Peeling wasn't difficult. Finished product was a FAIL. Flavor was off. Consistency was TERRIBLE~!
Expected a creamy, buttery, whipped potatoe. ”
