This soup was simple, delicious, and complex. I've made several different tomato bisques at home--including the Cook's Illustrated version--and this recipe blew them out of the water. The spice developed from the red pepper flakes and the dry sherry are key.

This recipe was absolutely perfect. The feta in the tzatziki is a brilliant addition and fresh mint is key. The tomato/cucumber relish added a nice acidity and crunch to the dish as well.
