Excellent. Used about 3 1/2 lbs. of potatoes and kept the rest the same. Excess liquid didn't occur for me, probably because of the increase in amount of potatoes. This recipe goes in my proven recipe file and will be used many more times."

Outstanding. Easy to make and the flavor got great reviews....even from a very picky eater. Used the available "fresh" tomatoes for the Romesco and still very good.....think I'll go with canned whole tomatoes next time if the fresh aren't up to par. This is a keeper.
