"I hestitated to review this recipe because it is basic. Sometimes simple foods are the best. This sandwich is one of them. Match the mustard, rye bread, and onion to your taste, use quality pastrami and rye bread (light or dark). Absolutely delicious. It's like grilled fresh oysters in the half shell with nothing but butter and their own juice"
