Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole

Delicious but changed a little bit. I cooked on stove top (covered pan) about 35 minutes adding 1/4 cup wine. I added the additional 1/2 cheese on top before serving. Perhaps not as crispy but very easy. I used an entire rotisserie chicken and about 3 cups of broccoli. Instead of sour cream used nonfat Greek yogurt."
