Reviewed Zucchini Ribbon Salad
"Saw this today and have to make it. It was wonderful. I was afraid the zucchini was going to be salty but it was great. The only thing I left out was the cheese bc I didn't have it. Will definately make again. p.s. also used green leaft lettuce insstead of friscee. "
Reviewed Braised Short Ribs
"FANTASTIC! The ribs were so tender and delicious. On his video on the next page, he sprinkles cumin over the ribs before he puts it in the oven and I noticed he didn;t mention it in the recipe. I will use an immersion blender next time on the veggies to use as a sauce. ""
