Yummy! The lemon made this dish taste so fresh and delicious! I thought the zest of two lemons would be a bit much, but it wasn't at all. My changes: one pound of pasta instead of 12 ounces, 20 ounces of sausage instead of 12 ounces, and turkey sausage instead of pork. Definitely will make again!!!

My husband and I both thought these were super good. We made the recipe as is, except we used light mayonnaise. We didn't think it was bland at all, although maybe a bit too salty. If we made them again, we would also likely not add the extra salt, as another user suggested.

My husband and I both thought this was lacking something, though we can't quite put our finger on it. Maybe some more spice (maybe increasing the amount of cayenne would have helped). SO easy and SO yummy! I didn't change a thing! It was nice to make risotto not in the traditional way...you don't have to add stock ladle by ladle until it's absorbed. You just have to add it in two batches, and yet, the risotto still comes out creamy and delicious!

Wow, I was surprised at just how delicious this was! I think it's more of a "loose yogurt" than a "pudding," but regardless, it's delicious! It's sweet like a pudding, and those toasted almonds are a necessity. I wish I made more because I want to eat this everyday this week! Thanks Giada for a delicious and super healthy recipe!

These were most definitely a hit! I brought them into work, and they were finished by lunchtime! I actually made smaller cookies, and it made about 30 or so cookies. I love just about everything Giada makes, but unfortunately, this one was not high on my list. The biscuits kind of fell apart, and I just didn't think the flavors melded together as well as I thought. I think the biscuits without all the toppings with just the lemon butter would have been yummy and the meat/cheese without the lemon butter as well....
