Wow, I was surprised at just how delicious this was! I think it's more of a "loose yogurt" than a "pudding," but regardless, it's delicious! It's sweet like a pudding, and those toasted almonds are a necessity. I wish I made more because I want to eat this everyday this week! Thanks Giada for a delicious and super healthy recipe!

My husband just loved this! I used half meat tortellini and half cheese, and we both liked the combo (it was about 1 1/2 pounds total). I doubled the heavy cream and garlic but kept everything else the same. It was super fast and easy! Filling weeknight recipe!

Yummy, yummy! I do agree that more jam is necessary. I used ~ 3/4 cup but would likely use a cup next time (my husband and I both agreed). Also, mine came out a bit dark, but that may have just been for my particular oven. Overall, an easy and very tasty dessert. Would definitely make again!

Tasty! This is SUPER flavorful and definitely a great alternative to a traditional mayo -based potato salad. It almost reminded me of a puttanesca sauce with the olives, tomatoes, and capers. Very yummy as a side, and my husband ranted and raved about it. Giada, you never disappoint me!

These were most definitely a hit! I brought them into work, and they were finished by lunchtime! I actually made smaller cookies, and it made about 30 or so cookies. Easy to prepare, and I loved the addition of the chocolate here. The cranberries were a nice change as well from traditional raisins. Thanks for another wonderful recipe, Giada!

I love just about everything Giada makes, but unfortunately, this one was not high on my list. The biscuits kind of fell apart, and I just didn't think the flavors melded together as well as I thought. I think the biscuits without all the toppings with just the lemon butter would have been yummy and the meat/cheese without the lemon butter as well....

I would never think that I would love this recipe as much as I do because I am not at all a pea-lover. My mom tried this recipe out one night, and my whole family fell in love. Now that I am married, this has become a staple in my household as well, adn my husband just loves these. So simple and surprisingly so, so, so good!

I thought these were just so yummy. The only thing is, they don't reheat well. So definitely eat them the day you prepare them, otherwise, the crspsy topping becomes mushy. Very simple to prepare.
