I agree-too much oil and I thought heavy on the garlic-a whole tablespoon? Very tasty though and easy

Good but needs some spice and seasoning-cut back on the garlic as others did-seems to be very healthy and was easy-will make again"

Well, I don't know what I did wrong as I like all the ingredients in this dish and followed the recipe exactly. I found that the vinaigrette made way too much-should have cut that recipe in half. It was also very bland-did not have a citrus flavor at all. It was easy and the rice was good-probably would add red pepper flakes "

Good and different lobster salad-loved the avocado and mango mix-the dressing seemed to be a little weak-not much flavor and somewhat sweet-think it would have been better with some red wine vinegar. Found the portions a little light on the lobster, however, we just used lobster tail meat.""

The rub for the fish was perfect-I made the salsa but added avocado and left out the cucumber and that was tasty. I had some leftover and went to eat it the next day-a little too spicy after letting the jalapeno sit overnight."

Excellent! Easy recipe that could be made easier if you use garlic olive oil instead of having to saute the garlic-Also, agree the measurements are wrong-only use 1/4 cup oil in the beginning-I pureed the vinagrette to make it smooth which was better. Served with polenta-any other suggestions for something to serve with it? Made it as an entr...

My husband loves cookies and particularly likes this recipe-think it is so funny that it is from Canyon Ranch as he is totally not a Spa food guy-although I'm not sure how many calories these have.

tasty and easy-ingredients are not necessarily easy to find but definitely add to the flavor and nothing should be omitted

Made the recipe as stated-excellent! The capers I used were large and rather salty-would prefer smaller ones.

Very good and light although there is 2 cups of heavy cream and whipped cream on top-the blueberries are great and I think strawberries would work equally as well
