Reviewed Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi with Quick Tomato Sauce

I made half of the recipe and it made quite a lot. I made them one day and let them rest in the refrigerator over night and made them the next day. They were very light and delicious. I tried this recipe instead of the potato gnocchi, which are my favorites, but I am trying to cut back on starches.
