"This recipe is PERFECT for restaurant-quality prime rib at home. My family loves prime rib for the holidays, but we shied away from it cause it never seemed as tasty as when you get it in a restaurant. This recipe is super easy. My biggest eye-opener is the texture of the beef when you eat it - rich, smooth, and delicious! Since finding this recipe, we've had it for Christmas dinner every year. And the leftovers make the BEST sandwiches!
