Reviewed Sausage Lasagna

"I read that other thought this was bland, so I added more garlic, onions, red pepper, spices, when called for. My version came out great. I thought there was way too much cheese mixture, but after the pasta cooked and expanded, it was perfect. This was my first time using no-boil lasagna, and I was surprised at how much it expanded. Nice proportions. Nice flavor. This is a keeper."
