Made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful!! I did make some adjustments. I have tender-mouth children to feed so I did not add any Tabasco and a little less chili powder than called for. I also halved the cinnamon. Initially, I thought the cumin should also be reduced. However, if you let the roast rest for the 10 minutes it mellows ...
