The amount of broth may be wrong because 2 cups of broth as stated in the recipe and 10 minutes into the cooking time resulted in rice and pasta sticking to the bottom of the pan with all the liquid having been absorbed. Excellent burger and potatoes. The meat was moist and flavorful with just the right amount of heat. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I didn't have Russets so I used a red-skinned variety. They worked very well. The sauce was delicious on both the potatoes and the burger. Thank you.""
