Very festive! Cut back on the maple syrup a tad because we don't care for sweet cocktails. The rosemary really made it pop!

I had a freshly baked brioche loaf and then saw the Eat St. program with this sandwich - it's kismet! The cooks on the program used bacon and so did I. It was a bit much as a finger food, but perfect for fork and knife. It's an indulgent, crunchy and salty sweet treat. So good!"
