"Thank you Jeff! This was amazing! I tweaked the sauce a little and added some fresh dill and extra lemon juice, and I forgot to get fresh cilantro, so I used a combo of dried cilantro and corriander. I will absolutely make this again and again. "
"This was so simple, and yet so impressive! The only problem I had, and this was all me, is that I let it cook too long, so it was a little mushy. I made this along with the Chicken Tikka from the same episode, so I had a lot going on in the kitchen, and just didn't coordinate my cooking times correctly! I think I might also add in carrots and/or fresh peas next time for a little more color."
