"I made this last night for some friends. It was excellent! I made a double batch for 3 ladies and 2 teen. Everyone ate 2 large bowls. I did a slight modification. I added half the chili puree and doubled the cilantro.
I cook a lot at home and grew up in the restaurant business. Believe me this recipe is a winner."
