"Excellent. Hint - if you're not a fan of prosciutto (which is salty), use bacon. Tasty and delicious. Mustard pan sauce is a very nice compliment. Don't be afraid to make the sauce. Even if you're not a fan of mustard. My husband and I loved this dish and I will certainly make this one again.
