Another winner! I also used Grand biscuits, original (not flaky). Very, very good. A hit with my family this past Sunday dinner. I will make this again. Thank, Ina!

Excellent! Made this for my family's Sunday dinner. Everyone loved it. It was hot, but my family likes spicy foods. I will certainly make this again. My Uncle even asked me for the recipe. This is a winner, Guy! YUMMY!

Reviewed Prosciutto-Wrapped Beef Cubes with Mustard Pan Sauce

Jan 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Excellent. Hint - if you're not a fan of prosciutto (which is salty), use bacon. Tasty and delicious. Mustard pan sauce is a very nice compliment. Don't be afraid to make the sauce. Even if you're not a fan of mustard. My husband and I loved this dish and I will certainly make this one again.

Reviewed Parmesan Herbed Orzo

Jan 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Did not think this was a good pairing with the prosciutto-wrapped beef cubes that were prepared on this show's segment. This orzo dish would be better appreciated in the summer months due to the fresh lemon taste. Or served along side a lighter chicken dish. Personally there are many other pasta recipes that I prefer to be served as a side dish. This...

Awesome rub with fall off the bone ribs. Next time I'll use a throw away pan - saves on clean up time. :0)

Reviewed Citrus Champagne Punch

Very strong (which I liked). However, I found this punch to be too lemony/tart. Would prefer something with a little more fruity taste.

Absolutely loved this bacon, although it was a little too hot for me and my family. You may want to consider using 1/2 the recommended amount of cayene pepper. So crispy and flavorful!

Reviewed Grandma's Red Velvet Cake

Jan 6, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Sunny was right. The frosting is awesome! Cake was excellent as well but I found it "clumsy" to eat being sliced into 4 sections. Next time I make this recipe, I will use only 2 layers instead of the four.
