These were some of the BEST meatballs I've ever made! I made 2 small changes: used just a half cup of breadcrumbs; added 4 slices of day-old bread that had been soaked in milk. I also chose to bake mine -- 1 hr at 375 -- and omit the frying step. I turned them once after about 45 minutes and they got a nice golden brown. I will make these many more...
